Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for the Wanderers GAA Start of Summer Disco, you agree to the following:
- Parental/Guardian Consent
- I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child attending and give permission for their participation.
- Emergency Contact
- I will provide an emergency contact number that will be reachable during the event.
- Medical Information
- I will inform the club of any allergies, health conditions, or required medications relevant to my child’s wellbeing during the event.
- Photography and Video
- I consent to my child being photographed or recorded for club promotional purposes (e.g., social media, newsletters).
- Collection Policy
- I understand that children must be collected by an authorized adult listed at registration.
- Children will not be allowed to leave the premises alone.
- Code of Conduct
- I acknowledge that my child is expected to behave respectfully and follow club and event rules.
- I understand that in cases of serious misconduct, I may be contacted and asked to collect my child early.
- Liability
- While all reasonable care will be taken, Wanderers GAA accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
- Data Protection
- Personal information provided will be used only for event management purposes and will not be shared or retained beyond what is necessary.
